Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Path & Pivot’s websites, parent portal, missions, and related services. By creating an account, accepting these Terms during signup or access flows, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service. Declining our Privacy Policy or Terms means we will not complete account creation for you, and you should return to our public homepage.

Path & Pivot is offered to parents and legal guardians. You represent that you are a parent or legal guardian authorized to manage explorer profiles for the children you add.

You are responsible for supervising your child’s use of missions, reviewing materials and locations for physical safety, and ensuring an adult is present when activities require it.

Confirm that your location, environment, resources, and tools are safe and adult-supervised before proceeding with hands-on mission steps.

Parent accounts are personal to you. Keep login credentials confidential. Child explorer profiles are sub-profiles under your parent account; minors may not hold independent Path & Pivot credentials.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or if needed to protect families or the service.

Missions are custom curated using AI-assisted generation and editorial systems. Content may contain errors, incomplete guidance, or suggestions that are unsuitable for your specific child or environment. Parents must review missions before and during use.

Do not attempt to inject instructions, bypass safety filters, or submit inputs intended to generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.

Mission generation may refuse or rewrite requests that rely on copyrighted characters or branded intellectual property.

You may use Path & Pivot only for lawful, family learning purposes. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or upload content you do not have rights to share.

Please only upload photos or audio of your own child, or individuals who have given explicit permission. Never include sensitive personal info, health details, or government IDs in assignment submissions.

Path & Pivot’s brand, software, and original curriculum frameworks are owned by us or our licensors. Your family’s portfolio creations remain your family’s. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content within your parent account solely to operate the service.

Paid single lessons, units, or subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Fees, renewals, and cancellations are described at purchase. Payment may also serve as a method of verifying parental consent for paid access where applicable.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you also acknowledge that policy. The Privacy Policy’s retention, deletion, AI, and media practices form part of how we operate under these Terms.

The service and mission content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Learning outcomes vary. Physical activities carry inherent risk; adult supervision is required.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Path & Pivot and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date (currently July 16, 2026) and record material changes in our version log. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
